Fantastic Fruit Smoothie

Serves: 2 Nutrition facts: 200 calories 20 grams fat


  • 1 frozen or fresh banana, broken into chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups of unsweetened fruit juice, any kind
  • 1/2 cup of sliced fresh or frozen unsweetened fruit or berries
  • 1/2 cup of plain, vanilla or fruit-flavored soy yoghurt (optional)


Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until very smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.

Tip: To make your smoothie extra creamy and give it a healthy protein boost, try adding a little powdered soy milk or protein powder prior to blending.

153 calories, 2 g protein, 37.6 g carbohydrate, 26.9 g sugar, 0.5 g total fat, 3% calories from fat, 2.8 g fiber, 5 mg sodium
