- 1 frozen or fresh banana, broken into chunks
- 1 1/2 cups of unsweetened fruit juice, any kind
- 1/2 cup of sliced fresh or frozen unsweetened fruit or berries
- 1/2 cup of plain, vanilla or fruit-flavored soy yoghurt (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until very smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
Tip: To make your smoothie extra creamy and give it a healthy protein boost, try adding a little powdered soy milk or protein powder prior to blending.
